OSX: developing and linking to Dynamic Libraries

Dynamic libraries are always a kind of wizardry you have to develop almost from scratch whenever you start developing in a new platform. So for OSX, nothing like getting into the official documentation.

Meanwhile, here is a “Beginner’s guide to Linkers” (MS Windows oriented, but seems nice anyway).
